Decker Associates reviews other firms appraisals, whether they are reasonable or not, whether it should be accepted or not, and whether they should be modified. We will review your appraisal against our process, and most specifically to make sure it conforms to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines. We look for the strengths and the weaknesses of the report, and if there are discrepancies, we may recommend another appraisal, which we can offer.
